Tea is consumed by people since long time ago, and even in native country China, the tea is also used as a traditional plant that can be used for body health for thousands of years ago and now tea has spread to many countries around the world as one drink that has many health benefits for the human body.

If taken regularly, then the tea will give effect to the body’s health, and health benefits include as below

1. As antioxidant
Tea contains substances helpful antioxidant fight free radicals in the body so the body is going to be secure from various sorts of diseases caused by free radicals in the body for example as cancer, heart attacks and strokes. Free radicals can come from a variety of ways e.g. from air pollution, smoke, food and so forth. Antioxidants in tea are able to also aid the body to protect them from premature aging.

2. Lose weight
Tea is also believed to accelerate the burning of calories in the body so as to accelerate the body also loses fat and this is certainly good news for anyone who has problems with body weight and is doing a diet to lose weight

3. Whiten teeth
Tea contains fluoride that drive tartar teeth will look whiter and healthier, so the assumption that drinking tea can make teeth appear dull apparently not true, Better yet, if after brushing your teeth, you rinse with the tea without sugar .

4. Body is more relaxed
Teanin contained in tea is a compound that is easily absorbed by the intestines; Teanin will quickly interact with neurotransmitters in the brain to give effect to the emotional state and mental state of a person. Teanin release neurotransmitters that can give pleasure and improve someone’s mood that can cause the body to feel more relaxed
